A slab of solid wood with one live, organic edge — left the way the tree grew — set on hand-assembled iron pipe legs. The top is hand-sanded and wire-brushed, then hand-stained in a soft grey wash with warm hints of tan, so the knots and grain stay front and center. No two tops are alike.
The wood is sourced from North American forests that use low-impact logging. It sits just as well in a farmhouse hallway as in a modern entry.
