Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before shipping.

Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Larger or oversized items may take longer; any extended timeframe will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates
Available shipping options and rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple Shipments
Many Nestward pieces ship directly from the makers and partner studios who create them. If your order includes items from more than one maker, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as each item ships.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, email aigent85@outlook.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email aigent85@outlook.com and we'll help resolve it.
